Heletranz

Heletranz is recognised as a leading helicopter company for the New Zealand film industry and has been in the aerial filming business for nineteen years.

Based in Auckland, Heletranz flies regular filming assignments and location searches throughout New Zealand.

The company operates helicopter filming services using a modern fleet of Eurocopter (Squirrel and EC120) helicopters with dedicated equipment connections, power sources and connection points for external mounts.

The fleet is tracked and balanced on a regular basis.

The company also owns and operates a 43ft Oliver Royal launch, often used as a transport medium and filming platform.

Heletranz has access to all mounts plus it's own mounting systems for gyro-stabilised gimbals and also a remote tilt belly mount for 35mm cameras.

Sister company, Tony Monk Films owns and operates the latest gyro-stabilised camera systems, including HD.
